The Boyd Report
Today we launch the Boyd Report, which is provides an insight into the lessons learnt by SCWA in tackling the issue of witchcraft accusations against children.
Compiled in late 2016, this report outlines lessons learnt in tackling accusations of witchcraft against children. It highlights the approach taken by SCWA and its partners facing the challenges of this issue, the roots, realities, and responses, and advocates a positive non–confrontational engagement with churches and agencies in affected communities. This method has proven to have some success in bringing about change in thinking and practice, and so offering a hopeful future for these children and their families.
